I’ve started focusing on the vibes emanated by strangers outside, in different environments-neighborhoods. Sorry to say I get more not good vibes, frightening actually at both very poor and super rich neighborhoods. A lot less at middle, working class neighborhoods. Feel the energy around you then turn into your feelings, then back, repeat.
