The mE Network™ does not collect nor save members’ IP (Internet Protocol) Addresses – None of the 4 types of IP, thus in turn, does not look-up, collect nor save Geo-Locations (Geographical x-y Coordinate Locations), PII (Personal Identifying Information) and other personal information.
Therefore, it would be purposeless and irrelevant to further ask for or collect other more personal information such as current and previous countries, state/province, town, city, residential street address, telephone number and additional telephone numbers, birthdate, gender, civil status/relationship status, religion, political affiliations, input fields requesting for your detailed resumé or curriculum vitae (See CV / Resumé Requests) and other more Personal Information for personal-author accounts.
Having listed the above-mentioned Privacy and Security methodologies, and due to the fact that all single- and multi-site websites of the mE network do not have external APIs, external REST APIs installed, do not collect, save nor share IP Addresses, Geo-Location, PII, personal information and activities data, inter-operability with external websites does not exist.
Only Non-Personal Identifying Information, therefore No Personal Information nor Personal-Identifying Information are asked at Member Registration / Sign-Up (New User Name, new eMail Name and chosen mE Network eMail Domain Name), even at any of the profile pages and non-personal information you voluntarily may submit or share during the course of using any area of the network as Planning, Design, Implementation and Methodologies were and are well thought of on the pivotal basis of true users’ Privacy Protection.
We care about Member Privacy to its entirety. Our Privacy Policy is clear, straight-forward, simple-worded, no ‘round-about and easy to understand so that our members are well-informed as to how and why we knowingly do not collect, save nor share members’ Internet Protocol (IP) Addresses – Not one of any of the four types of IP Addresses.
Additionally, The mE Network™ knowingly does not collect, save nor share members’ Geographical Location, Personal Identifying Information (PII), nor from any data that may, but will not be culled out from members’ activity on any area of The mE Network™. All information will be used solely for the purpose for which you provided them.

Limited and only essential Contact, Product and/or Services business information are requested from Business Accounts (See Business Accounts) who wish to avail of the network’s Advertising / Campaign / Promotions, Web Marketing, Web Propagation and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Services (9 slots left for Free-For-Life Advertising / Campaign / Promotions ).
Just like the other multi-site websites of The mE network, aside from knowingly not collecting IPs, Geo-Locations, PII, mE Shops (OnmEShops.Com) likewise does not have any tool installed to take, collect, save nor share customers’ IP Addresses, Geo-Locations and PII.
Online Payments are not processed by said domain but by Online Payment Gateway(s) that encrypt online payment information and do not transfer or share such information externally from themselves (Specific online payment gateway(s) will be named here prior to the domain’s start of operations, we’re still building said multi-website). OnmEShops.Com is not yet in operation as of this time.
Network Account Sign-Up
For registration of an account, only three (3) non-identifying information are asked from you:
– Your preferred Username
– Your preferred eMail Name with a corresponding eMail Domain chosen from one of the two (2) eMail systems that are exclusively The mE Network’s – “mE Mail Plus” for Non-Grit Authors and “mE Mail” for Grit Authors. Please find additional Sign-Up Information here.
At the Super-Administrator’s Panel, the Super-Administrator on duty receives your User Name and mE+ Mail (Or mE Mail for Grit Authors) but not your Public Display Name, website URL and Required Nick Name that you fill in at your back-end Author Site of each Network Site.
mE Network™ eMail Systems
There is no need to use an external eMail entity. The mE Network™ has its own eMail systems, “mE Mail” and “mE Mail+ (Plus)”, that require a chosen eMail Name and a chosen eMail @Domain.Com. mE Mail or mE+ Mail are created simultaneously with mE Network Sign-Up.
Children’s and Adolescents’ Registration
One part of our key priorities is adding the utmost protection for Children and Adolescents while using the internet. Therefore, a similar but fully private ‘kids’ social, creativity, learning and educational activities website called “Grit” (On GritNub.Com, still under construction) is currently being built exclusively for our adolescents (18 thru 20 years old) and lovely children (17-years old and below). Children, as defined above, are required to sign up under their parent’s/a guardian’s Sign-Up. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
The minimum age for Sign-Up on all mE Network Sites, except Grit, is 21 years-old.
If you are 17-years old or below, on Grit, with permission, you will need to sign up under one of your parents’ or guardians’ @MailHorde.Com (“mE Mail”) eMail for Sign-Up.
Children’s and Adolescents’ Information
The mE Network Sites and Grit knowingly do not request for nor collect any Personal and Personal Identifying Information (PII) from children and adolescents under the age of 21, and in fact, from any age group.
In retrospect, there is no asking of any Personal Information or Personal-Identifying Information.
If you think that your child, 17-years old and below, or your adolescent, 18 to 20 years old on Grit provided these kinds of information on our network, with the inclusion of any work-related, educational website, or any website within the network, job supervisor, school official, teacher or any member(s) exposing such information or school records publicly within the network, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our database, if any, and likewise demote and/or delete its source(s) from our network.

ForMe – The mE Network does not collect IP, Geo-Location, PII and other personal information and data, therefore asking other more information such as country, state/province, town, city, residential street address, telephone number(s), birthdate, civil status/relationship status, religion, political affiliations or views and other more Personal Information and Personal-Identifying Information would be purposeless and irrelevant.
With the exception of your Username (Grayed-Out and Non-Editable) and your eMail Address, both at Middle mE Back-End only, Middle mE Front-End as well as Back-End do not contain PII and Personal Information.
The network provides a competent Search Engine, for searching Public Posts of all Post Types by Country, for searching public ‘Profiles’ called Outer mE, and for searching pertinent contact information of eCommerce, Stores and Businesses (Currently a working progress).
Middle mE Back-End
All non-personal information namely: Public Display Name and your 2 default domains’ URLs (Uniform Resource Locator) of members’ 2 default ‘profiles’ provided free by the network (Additional URLs are likewise free), can be entered at members’ front-end profile page or “Middle mE” as well as its back-end, the Middle mE Back-End, which is strictly for Account Owner’s access only. Privacy Settings for the Middle mE Front-End can be set at both Front-End and Back-End.
In addition to your mE Network Domain Name URLs (Optional but Recommended), First and Last Names (Optional), Nick Name (Required), Public Display Name (Required) and Privacy Settings, your eMail (Required) and Username (Auto-Entered) and Color Settings are entered at Middle mE Back-End only.
The mE Network Domain Name URLs (Optional) and Multi-Media for mE-In-General (Optional) can be entered, edited and are likewise displayed at your Middle mE Front-End and Back-End.
The whole Middle mE webpage is set for Logged In Members Only and the Middle mE Back-End is for the Author’s access only.

All member information namely, content, multi-media, comments and non-personal identifying information are stored only within the member‘s or Author’s database folder, also known as ‘back-end office’ or “Dashboard” of the domain the members have voluntarily submitted them to.
Said information are stored indefinitely unless the member or Author deletes them herself/himself safely and conveniently from their Dashboard or at times from ‘front-end’ as well as from varying elements at the front-end +Menu. Therefore, members are made equally responsible over their content, multi-media, comments and non-personal identifying and potentially personal information’s privacy protection.
Non-deleted “Trash” are deleted every 15 days at an unspecified time, therefore if you wish to Permanently Delete or Recover your deleted content a.k.a. “Trash” immediately, you must please take the initiative in doing so from your Dashboard at your earliest convenient time.
Your Media Library
Members are given access to the editing, control and management of their own multi-media library module or “Media Library”. Therefore, members are made equally responsible over their Media Library’s privacy protection as well as items that may be used or attached to content from or at said modules such as by your posts, comments, books, ebooks, journals, reports, magazines, podcasts, multi-media activities, audio-visual conferences, messages in our messaging systems, webpages and websites.
Media from Other Websites
If you upload externally sourced images and multi-media into the network, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. EXIF GPS files can extract location data from affected images and multi-media on any website it was embedded in.
Embedded Content From Other Websites
Members of The mE Network may include embedded items or content from other websites by members (e.g. videos, images, posts, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behave in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Those websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are currently logged in on that website.
Your Non-Visual / Text Editor and Code Editor Components
Members are also given access to the editing, control and management of the Non-Visual/Text component of the Classic Editor and the Code Editor component of the Block Editor.
It is mainly made available to all Authors with varied levels of technical knowledge for inspecting, if wished for, any potential or possible unwanted, harmful, tracking, and/or malevolent codes that may be attached to or part of the content they may have uploaded or embedded from external sources.
The more technically advanced members may use said components if preferred, to create, upload, embed or submit content for all post types and at their non-personal identifying information account profile or “Middle mE“.
The mE Network™ knowingly does not collect, save nor share member IP Address, Geo-Location, PII and of any data from members’ activities.
What Non-Personal Information we collect and why we collect it:
Unlike most websites, network operators and certain web browsers, the mE Network™ does not collect nor saves personal identifying information (PII) of the sort that certain web browsers and social websites typically collect and save such as Internet Protocol (IP) Address, Geo-Location, PII, Language, Street Address, Town, City, County, Device Type, Device Brand, Operating System, Name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP), ISP Location, what Type of Connectivity you have used and currently using, etc. to make web items available and personalized for you such as their commercial components, products and/or services, information, activities on the web and the date and time of each visit or surfing.
Non-Personal Identifying Member Information
The network does not require or ask you for personal information such as Gender, Birth Date, Address, City, State, Country, Telephone Number(s) and the like, unless you deem it necessary to and voluntarily provide although discouraged, such information based on your information needs, the nature of your content, the nature and purpose of your website, if any (Of which Website Owners and Administrators are expected to take equivalent full responsibility over their internal members’ or subscribers’ privacy), or to voluntarily provide them for reporting untoward incidences or abuse within the network by other members, if and only so.
The mE Network™ does not knowingly collect, process, save nor share any of the four types of Internet Protocol (IP) Address, Geo-Location Information and Personal Identifying Information (PII) of its members.
OnmEShops.Com or “mE Shops” which will be the eCommerce network of The mE Network™ that is a separate and independent membership network and different assigned role (Subscriber) to its customers, customer’s Receiving Name and Shipping Address are asked however not saved by default but are presented an option to save for customers’ convenience of future purchases. Nevertheless, OnMeShops.Com does not have any tool installed to take, collect, save nor share customers’ IP Addresses, Geo-Location and PII. Online Payments are not processed by said domain but by the online payment gateway. OnmEShops.Com is not yet in operation at this time.
A competent internal search engine, comprehensive business directory and links from every business advertisement (Internal) directed to the business’ contact information and business location are provided to our members for their convenience.
The mE Network™ does not collect, process nor saves members’ Public Internet Protocol (IP) Addresses on a normal, regular, routine, day-to-day basis (See Third Offense, next section).
Third Offense and Numeric Public IP Address (Non-Descriptive)
All data or information will be used solely for the purpose for which you provided them. We will not retain, share and absolutely will not monetize even your non-personal data and information you voluntarily provided on the network with anyone or any agency except to comply with the law, protect our rights as a private entity, protect ourselves from any form and method of defamation and most importantly, to protect the welfare of our members.
Only does the super-administrator on duty starts an inquiry from the network’s host – A tool that is not saved in the network nor is it used for any process or operation – After a member’s 9th demotion or 3 sets of 3 demotions (See Network Guidelines), his or her Non-Descriptive Numeric Public IP Address (But not Descriptive Geo-Location), will then take part of the member’s Expulsion Process. Said Non-Descriptive Numeric Public IP Address is submitted to, and only to our internal network security application for banning as a method of preventing disqualified members from registration.
Note that The mE Network™ Demotion Process© is expected to be definitely rare, if at all, because First Offense calls for one Role Level Demotion (With a promotion back to the Original Role for a given time), hence includes moderation, restriction on access of certain network resources, and even more so restrictions for the Second (With a promotion to the Previous Role, but not back to the Original Role for a given time) and Third Demotion (Last Warning with a promotion to previous Role for a given time, and not the back to the Original Role).
Nevertheless, ‘Freedom Of Speech’ is very much alive on The mE Network™ guided by common ‘house rules’ most websites follow (See Terms Of Use).
Web Developers of The mE Network™ are researching and exploring other ways to prevent registration of previously expelled members without the need of using said host tool (Not installed in any website within the mE Network) to look up sanctioned member’s Numeric Public IP Address – That most websites use and in addition to more personal IP Address types, all as part of their daily operations.
We use the non-personal identifying information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our network.
- Improve, personalize, and expand our network.
- Develop new products, services, advanced resources and tools, and over-all functionality of the network.
- Find, locate and prevent fraud and spam as it is very common for malware to spread through spamming.
Mailing List for Members
No External Marketing and Advertising Entity or Third Party Marketing and Advertising Installs
First, we’d like to point out that data transmission over the Internet can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by external entities, third-party software and external tools may or may not be possible. Also government organizations and intelligence agencies are almost likely to have access to this data. In addition, your internet service provider may also be able to access the data. And although we follow the most stringent protocols within the network (Restraining personalizing or singling out each member thus making websites in the network appear, however not, ‘technically backward’ in service in comparison), and have one of the best network security protection app, nobody is ever safe from hackers.
We do not knowingly use or hire services of any external entity, individual, group or company or software for any marketing and advertising process that may track yours or your clients’ activities on the network, and likewise may take information you may have submitted.
External processes or methods performed by certain web browsers and/or their affiliates or external processes or methods performed by other websites or networks outside our domains are beyond our scope of privacy protection.
Internal Marketing and Advertising (No 3rd Party and External Agencies)
We use the straight-forward, traditional or ‘old-fashioned’ method of advertising, promotions or campaigning created and processed only within the network, and thoroughly enhanced with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) methods and analysis for optimal propagation on the web, audience targeting and your own business’-organization’s promotional folder. We do our own internal process of advertising, propagation and promotion of members’ products and/or services for optimized search engine results and ranking.
Members who wish to advertise, campaign or promote are provided the resources to do so through customized post types, editor elements or blocks, various design tools and multi-media. We likewise aid in their advertising through various network resources and internal procedures such as various SEO tasks, Business Directory, Your Very Own Business Categories, Advertising programs and various multi-media feeds and post type feeds.
For Advertisement-Promotions-Campaign and Business posts, an option to indicate your ‘Target Countries’ thus your ‘Target Market’ is provided. This is an extra method for optimizing search, aggregation, network and web propagation and exposure, and quick business contact information look-up, and more importantly direct calling and redirection to business website(s). Advertisers-Promoters-Campaigners are likewise provided each of their own business folder for one-click, see-all of individual Advertiser’s-Promoter’s-Campaigner’s-Business’ Posts and Logo Displays.
The mE Network™ does not collect nor save IP Addresses, Geo-Location Information and PII of its members nor do we ask contact information from members thus for members with businesses, promotional campaigns and the like, who wish to be featured at many areas of the network, and likewise own their very own Business Category, acquire or have better web propagation and optimization in Search, and by Search Engine Bots, quicker and better reach to potential clients or customers, we request for a submission of your: 1) Business Name; 2) Business Address and Contact Number(s); 3) Brief Business Profile or nature of your business; 4) An exhaustive list of your Products and/or Services or any viable business or campaign information that can aid in advertising and promotions.
Members’ Own Marketing Analytics
We do not use, install or hire the services of external process or procedures for marketing analytics, summaries or reports. As for now, with the provision of special statistical tools for members, we encourage website owners, administrators, and authors to monitor or keep track of their own marketing or popularity statistics culled from their own data on the network such as Reactions, Up-votes-Down-Votes, Reasons or Explanations, Number of Followers, Friends, Membership Teams, Team Activities, Output and Productivity, Number of Views, Clones, Shares, and Sales, Revenue and the like for the network’s eCommerce Websites.
A survey and/or poll may be presented to products and professional services business owners in the near future to determine if they prefer to receive comprehensive business or popularity status reports created by ForMe, which will however entail tracking and monitoring of your varied statistical data culled from your network activities internally, or inside the network.
General Policies for Website Owners, Administrators and their Subscribers
ForMe – The mE Network hosts three types of websites namely: eCommerce Websites or ‘Online Stores’, Virtual Offices or ‘Work-From-Home’ and Online Classrooms or ‘Online Education’.
Owners and Administrators, and their members and visitors of said types of websites on ForMe are absolutely not allowed in all areas of the network, to cater to, carry, promote, market and sell any illegal and/or prohibited substances and products all deemed as so by the laws and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or its equivalent in any country and location and in all arbitrary countries or location.
Specific Policies for Website Owners, Administrators and their Subscribers are explained and discussed at out Terms of Use.
(Under Construction At The Moment) OnmEShops.Com Vendors and Purchases With Shipping-Delivery-Logistics
On The mE Network’s domain: OnmEShops.Com with site name “mE Shops”, customers are asked by the vendor / shop seller: Their Contact Telephone Number, Receiving Name, and Shipping Address, if and only if the purchase requires outsourced logistics, delivery or shipping. Such logistic company need only a Receiving Name, Shipping Address, and Contact Telephone Number (Best to use a different contact telephone number that is reserved for package receiving or public use) and if logistics company agrees to circumvent from their existing operations protocol if different.
*(This paragraph still ‘under construction’ ATM) OnmEShops.Com or “mE Shops” which will be the eCommerce website of the network is a separate and independent membership multi-site website, and carry a different Role assigned to its customers and/or the mE network Authors with a whole different user profile which includes a different Username, First Name, Last Name, Nick Name and Display Name. Having that said, and due to the fact that all multi-site websites of the mE network do not have APIs, REST APIs installed, do not collect, save nor share IP Addresses, Geo-Location, PII and activities data, inter-operability with OnmEShops.Com does not exist.
Furthermore, saving above-mentioned three delivery information, for convenience on future purchases is optional and defaults to Not Save at shops on OnmEShops.Com. Nevertheless, even said eCommerce area of the network does not likewise collect, save nor share IP Addresses, Geo-Location, PII and activity data or transactions made within each store / shop.
If the purchase is for pick-up at vendor’s / shop seller’s physical store, only Contact Telephone Number and Receiving Name are asked by the vendor / shop seller on mE Shops. We leave Order and Purchase Legitimacy to the discretion of the vendor / shop seller, who may use non-mE Shops verification methods, external methods or his/her own methods only within the bounds of verifying the legitimacy of the order or purchase.
For The mE Network™, ideally, it is the Vendor / Seller who must coordinate between the delivery / courier / shipper / logisitics company and naturally with said Vendor’s / Seller’s own Customers. Nonetheless, in dealing with any logistics company, potential customers and customers are advised to have and provide only a designated contact telephone number to the vendor / shop seller that is not private and fit for this types of business transactions.
Content Protection Measures
We deem it necessary to safeguard our members’ privacy as well as their content and information, thus doing so by not using widgets or multi-functional icons to share content off and outside our network and to link embed from external websites using their embedded APIs and Secret Keys. We encourage Copying the link of the material and Pasting it to the desired external location or using the Copy Link button for copying a link.
ForMe provides a Copyright Statement at the bottom of each academic and scholarly research post type, and are options for other post types if deemed necessary by an author. Authors bear the responsibility over the originality and self-authorship of the post or content that they are applying the Copyright Statement on.
Plagiarism of content from within and outside the network is not tolerated. Members are given the option to indicate on their content whether a post or content material are allowable or not allowable for sharing. Members are likewise given the option to digitally sign their internal eMails. Downloading and Right-Click are not options network-wide. Watermarking of images and videos will be initiated in the near future.
Pre-Watermarked Multi-Media material or content are permitted however not encouraged. The mE Network will not be accountable for any mishandling or undesirable treatment of permitted or non-permitted external sharing or posting of pre-watermarked multi-media, material or content watermarked bearing a different logo other than the current logo of ForMe. Downloading and Right-Click are not options network-wide.
Sharing Buttons to share content to some messaging systems such as to external eMail systems and external Private Messaging systems are provided based (on the absence of API Keys and API Key Secrets requirements) on the current nature and clarity of their privacy policies.
mE Social – The mE Network Does Not Use Cookies

The non-personal identifying information registered members provide namely: First and Last Name (Optional), Username, Nick Name, Public Display Name and eMail Address are stored in their non-public user profile (Middle mE), specifically in the mE In General section. With the exception of the Public Display Name, not one of the above-mentioned non-PII is displayed at the Middle mE Front End which is a Only For Members’ View webpage. As with other areas of the network, the Middle mE has a Front-End as well as a Back-End which is more user-friendly and the direct graphical user interface of the network’s actual database.
All members can see, edit, or delete their own information, except that they cannot change their Username.

Web Server Log Files of browsers are a raw, unfiltered look at traffic to your site. A typical example is a web server log which maintains a history of user page requests. Each time any browser, Google included, requests any resource to a website or network – Pages, Images, Javascript file, the File Called Up, etc. – From our server, the server adds a line in the log. Deactivating account deactivates all resources to a member making them unavailable for use until it is Activated again. All content created, submitted and shared within the network however are retained, stay as-is and not deleted. Account Deletion deletes a member’s account in its entirety, including all its content: Information and Data.

Although most changes are likely to be minor, The mE Network may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in its sole discretion. The mE network encourages visitors and members (Notice rolled-out via network eMail) to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy.
