I know rt and to think he’s my older brother.😏 But idk, I really luv the effect of 🥕carrot 🍹juice on me especially my vision turns crystal clear within 2-3 hrs. but I saturate my carrot juice with apple juice, I don’t like the taste of carrots. Same with baked purple yams. I cover slices with all kinds of batter or coatings.
