It’s definitely about people’s ‘core, raw attraction’ to someone as a whole, no physical details needed.

You’ll be surprised it’s not a physical phenomenon (Because it’s online/virtual) and it’s not about physical attributes or details as well. It’s your raw, native attraction activated, that I guess processed from our Limbic system. Surreal, unexplainable. This special attraction actually strengthens when finally together physically because there’s the element of touch, smell, etc..

And 2nd which is more lasting and the deal-breaker: It’s about an ‘instant unexplainable connection’ online and comes with exactly the same or similar responses on chat, at the ‘same wavelength’ or even just ogling at each other, both ends know what each of them are trying to convey. We don’t get that when physically together because of the distraction in our physical world like objects around us, the place itself, noises or other people around or nearby.
