Firstly, officers shouldn’t feel and view ‘No Wars’ as something not beneficial. The loss of lives, mili or civilian, is what we don’t ever want. It is always a loss of our national security. Our ‘adversaries’ see the loss as our weakness – We want strength, strength that achieves peace. Going into war is also very expensive. ‘No Wars’ will never be a threat to military job security because our country will still and akways need the same and even more number of military officers and soldiers.
In fact there will be a need for more development and expansion in most branches especially in the Air Force and Space Force.
The armed forces will always be needed, just that imo, a few important changes must be made within the military ‘process’ in both training and active duty since it will be more of protection, guardsmanship, monitoring, surveying, vigilance and swift action from our areas/territories of responsibilities, both here and for our allies, rather than frontal assaults/attacks/invasions as response to enemy triggers. Note that with Trump as our CIC, no nation leader would dare ignite any conflict with us and with others anymore – or no more aid and higher tarrifs for you!
More intelligence work, research and development work in all military branches and more development and expansion of Space Force and Air Force (foresee wider and deflect threats earlier), more tech and intelligence development, training in those two branches.
Soldiers can start their college education right after ~2 years military training while being on stand-by and with weekly mili exercises and meet-ups. After college, soldiers can choose to go for jobs in either civilians/contractors companies or within the military branch they started in.
We need love for country from every single American asap otherwise we are weak, easily compromised and easily invaded by various types of perpetrators.
