My definition of fast food is if you order, take and pay at a counter, that’s all because fast food has become much healthier through the years, often better than gourmet restaurants if you ask me. Just change the deep fryer oils as often as needed, clean up the kitchen daily, free the flat grill of oils daily.

There’s opp for a Chick-Fil-A in the country I’m ‘parked at’, there’s only one so far. Wendy’s and Popeye’s are starting to get more but you see, there’s just many competitive local chicken biz here, gourmet restaus, mom & pop, kiosks, Cook For Me types just that the biggies/multinationals like KFC put in a lot into advertising.
